Finally getting around to posting this week’s
spread. I've had some terrible back pain ever since Saturday and have had some
troubles sitting at my desk too long. However, despite my pain, I managed to
decorate my weekly spread.
I found a lovely printable kit from
DesignStickerStore. They are having an awesome sale going on right now, so if
you’d like some of these kits please visit them:
Here is the Kit: It's called Winter Wonderland. Oh I just love the cute little animals in their winter clothes!
Look how adorable these full boxes are!!
Next is my weekly spread and how I used the kit. Now, at this moment I did not have sticker paper. So I printed it on regular paper and then cut out the individual stickers and taped them on with scotch tape; yes, a tedious task but Oh so much fun! I've now ordered some sticker paper and for next week's spread I should have the paper and we'll see how that turns out. However, I think this turned out pretty good. I decorated Friday different as that is Inauguration Day. No matter who you voted for (I don't get into politics on my blog), it's still a really neat and special day and I liked to highlight that. I created my own full box to celebrate it.
So here we go!
Full Spread.
First Page: I use the top and middle section to write my To Do's and I used the lovely To Do labels for the top. The middle I used some of my pink washi that I got from Michael's. The last section in my planner, I used the Little Things header and here I will write my daily thoughts or little journal at the end of the day.
For my side bar, I created a Meal Plan label and full box to mark whether I stick to my meal plan or not. If I stick to it all week, I get to put some money aside and later can purchase something special. If I didn't stick to my plan, then I don't get my reward. I finished the side bar with some cute full boxes from the kit.
For the bottom I used some pretty washi I got from Michael's. I didn't like the washi the kit came with.
Second Page.
Here are the Half Pages I got from MAMBI last week. I created my weekly schedule. I might transition this each week, but it might change too. Either way; these are great for creating a schedule and I also used the back part to write some notes.
So that's how my weekly spread went. I've spent some time on Etsy yesterday and I've been working on creating a Planner Schedule for weekly spreads (I have yet to decorate a monthly spread) for the year. I've found some lovely kits and when I do purchase or print anything (I've found some wonderful free kits too) I'll post them with all of you!
Happy Planning, Friends!
